The Henry County Library offers free notary public services at the Clinton location.  Patrons may call 660-885-2612 or email hcl@henrycolib.org in order to make an appointment with a notary public.  The Henry County Library cannot guarantee the availability of a notary public for those who come in without an appointment.  Patrons must bring a valid government-issued photo ID and the paperwork to be notarized for their appointment.

All paperwork must be signed in the presence of the notary public.
