The library hosts a Storytime for young learners aged 0-6 every Tuesday at 10:30 am in Clinton and Thursday at 10:30 am in Windsor. During Storytime, the Youth Services Librarian will read a selection of educational picture books, after which the kids will participate in a corresponding craft or activity.
Storytime is important for brain development, even for babies who do not talk yet. When you read with children, they are connecting the words you say to the pictures on the page and to the things in their world. All of those connections are brain connections! - Head Start Early Childhood Learning & Knowledge Center
