Every summer the Henry County Library offers a well-established Summer Reading Program that encourages kids and
teens to read over the summer.  Our program features educational, fun enrichment activities throughout the summer for kids aged 0-17 to prevent summer slide.  “Summer slide” is the tendency for students to lose some of the academic skills and knowledge they gained during the previous school year.  Our program uses prize incentives and entertaining activities to engage young readers.

Adults can enroll kids and teens through the Beanstack app or at the circulation desk in Clinton and Windsor.
