Budget/Minutes/Strategic Plan

The Henry County Library Board approves an annual budget for the Henry County Library and Lenora Blackmore Branch. Minutes are recorded at every public meeting. A Strategic Plan is developed in order to plan for library improvements within the community and facility for its’ patrons.
